On December 9, 2010, City Council passed an ordinance requiring all multi-family properties, like apartments and other multi-family housing structures, to provide recycling services to their occupants. SWMD staff conduct on-site inspections of recycling services at multi-family properties to ensure program compliance. Included here is information for multi-family property owners / management staff, recycling haulers, and tenants to assist with ordinance compliance.
