Multi-Family Ordinance for Recycling Haulers

Recycling collectors who collect recyclable materials from multi-family properties within the City must submit an annual report by March 1st of each year.  Annual reports must include the following information for the period January 1 through December 31 for the immediately preceding twelve-month period.

• Total number of multi-family property living units served
• Total number of tons of recyclable material collected from multi-family properties
• Name(s) and address(es) of the recycling facilities to which the recyclable materials collected were delivered
